Associate Director - Building Surveyor / Quality Monitoring
Location: East Midlands or West Midlands

We are partnering with a fast-growing SME consultancy that is building a strong reputation across the UK for delivering high-quality advisory services on complex construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Associate Director (MRICS) to play a key leadership role in delivering and expanding their portfolio. You will lead on a range of large-scale schemes (up to £750k project fees) across key sectors including: Healthcare
Education
Defence You will be responsible for both project delivery and client relationship management, ensuring excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver cost consultancy and project services on major schemes
Undertake and oversee quality monitoring duties
Administer and advise on NEC contracts and regulations (NEC Regs)
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Support business development and growth initiatives
Mentor and develop junior team members About You MRICS qualified (essential)
Proven experience delivering projects within healthcare, education, or defence sectors
Strong expertise in quality monitoring and NEC contract administration
Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior leadership role
