Need help installing a printer and connecting to Wi-Fi
I'm looking for someone to help me install a new printer and get it connected to my home Wi-Fi. I have a Windows PC and a Mac, so I need the setup to work across both devices. The printer is a mid-range all-in-one model with USB, Ethernet, and wireless capabilities. I’d like guidance on driver installation, software setup, and ensuring print/scan functions are working from both computers. If possible, please include basic troubleshooting tips and a quick demonstration on printing from a smartphone as well. Comfort with cloud printing and mobile app features is a bonus. Prefer a calm, patient approach and to leave me with clear, written steps I can follow later.
