Mechanical Supervisor
Birmingham City Centre

£350 per day
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a commercial fit-out project in Birmingham.
Role:
* Overseeing mechanical installations (ductwork, pipework, Cat B fit-out)
* Supervising subcontractors and site labour
* Managing AHUs, HVAC, BMS interfaces, sprinkler and catering systems
* Ensuring H&S, quality, and programme targets are met
* Liaising with site team and attending office/site meetings
Requirements:
* Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience (commercial fit-out)
* SSSTS – essential
* Gold CSCS Card – essential
* Strong H&S awareness
* Previous office/coordination experience required
