Corporate Associate (3 PQE)
Location: Birmingham (Regional)
Our client, a UK and Ireland law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking a Corporate Associate (3 PQE) to join its Business Services – Corporate team.
The Role
You will advise clients on a range of corporate transactional matters, including M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions , as well as drafting key corporate documents such as SPAs, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association . The role offers high‑quality work, client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to business development activity.
Key Requirements
- Around 3 years’ PQE in corporate law
- Experience advising on corporate and transactional matters
- Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage matters efficiently and work to deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
