Need a general IT help and troubleshooting expert
Hi, I’m looking for someone to help with a few IT tasks around my home office. The main job is to diagnose a slow Wi‑Fi network, set up a reliable printer, and configure backups for my PC and external drive. I’d also love a quick check of my computer’s security settings, software updates, and a clean of temporary files. If you can’t fix something on the spot, please advise on practical next steps and pricing. Friendly, patient communication preferred as I’m not very tech-savvy. Availability on weekdays is best, and I’d like to complete tasks in a single visit if possible.
