Aspire People are recruiting a PPA Teacher to cover teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time at a primary school in Selly Oak. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons, support pupils' learning, and gain ongoing experience across different year groups.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons during PPA time.
* Support pupils' learning and maintain positive behaviour.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and school staff.
* Ensure continuity of learning and high standards in the classroom.

We're looking for candidates who:
* Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Have experience in primary education and classroom management.
* Are adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable.
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
