Global Mobility & Employment Tax Manager - Birmingham

Our client are looking for an experienced Global Mobility &/or Employment Specialist at Assistant Manager or Manager level who has the potential to further develop the Global Mobility solutions offering at the firm. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of prestigious global clients.

The role can be based across a number of regions in the Midlands, so location is a little flexible, as is the number of days WFH/ office.

The successful candidate will work towards taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team, growing business for the Global Mobility offering, working closely with the other Partners; autonomy to help shape the team’s growth strategy.

The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of global mobility tax issues and employment tax matters.

You will have extensive experience of managing a team, and helping to deliver a very high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients.

You will be commercially minded and confident dealing with entrepreneurial clients, you will need to be confident in providing technical back up to the partners. You will assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to marketing, using both traditional and social media mediums, and developing new business

The Birmingham City office is commutable from areas all over the West Midlands and other areas such as Tamworth, Solihull, West Brom, Walsall, Redditch, Smethwick etc. The firm are quite happy with flexible working, so no need to travel into Birmingham Central 5 days per week.
