- £25,250 basic salary + uncapped commission
- 1st year OTE £30–35k (top billers £100k+)

You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment cycle , including:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting confident, professional sales conversations
- Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Sourcing and matching candidates to roles
- Managing multiple priorities effectively
- Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Start Date: Interviewing now for an End of August / Start September start Your First 6 Months
