Revenue Controller
- Partner with fee-earning teams to boost profitability, improve working capital, and encourage best financial practices.
- Lead monthly WIP reviews and ensure accurate billing forecasts.
- Maintain matters, including closing dormant accounts, write-offs, and aged balances.
- Reassign matters for leavers or inactive fee earners and improve data quality
- Monitor timesheet completion and share insights to drive timely submissions.
- Work with the wider finance team to develop KPIs that drive sustainable growth.
- Support debt ledger management alongside fee earners and Credit Control.
- Build strong relationships across the business and act as the go-to for financial queries.
- Assess financial risks and opportunities, and contribute to shaping the Revenue Controller strategy.
