We are working with specialist autism schools seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated support staff to join their teams. 🌈 About the School: These specialist settings provide a nurturing and structured environment where children can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You'll be part of a team committed to helping every child reach their full potential. 💡 Your Role:
- Supporting pupils with autism across a range of ages and abilities
- Assisting with communication and social development
- Delivering personalised support strategies
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and families
- Experience supporting children with autism (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, empathetic and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Individuals who are passionate about inclusive education
- Backgrounds in education, care, support work, psychology or youth services are welcomed
