An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager or Branch Manager to join a busy and successful city centre office within a well-established and forward-thinking independent estate agency.

The Role

Depending on your level, you will either lead the lettings function or take full responsibility for the overall branch performance. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to drive business levels, maintain high standards and ensure the delivery of an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the lettings department / branch
• Driving new business and increasing market share
• Winning instructions and building strong relationships with landlords
• Managing and developing a team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
• Overseeing property marketing and ensuring maximum exposure
• Managing performance, reporting and overall profitability
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

About You

• Proven experience within residential lettings
• Experience at Lettings Manager or Branch Manager level (or ready to step up)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to business generation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, driven and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence and own car
