Delivery: Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4.
Collaboration: Working alongside experienced Maths teachers to plan engaging lessons.
Development: Engaging fully with the ECT induction programme and coaching support.
Progress: Using assessment data to support student attainment and confidence.
What you’ll need to succeed
QTS (or pending QTS) in Mathematics.
Secure subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A commitment to inclusive, high-quality education.
