Intervention Teacher - Birmingham

Are you an experienced Intervention Teacher who loves delivering focused, high-impact learning interventions? We are seeking a skilled Intervention Teacher to join a forward-thinking primary school in Birmingham from January 2026.

The successful Intervention Teacher will design and lead evidence-based intervention programmes across the school, monitor progress closely and coach teaching assistants in delivering structured support. As Intervention Teacher, you will work with class teachers, the SENDCo and senior leaders to identify pupils requiring targeted support and to plan bespoke pathways to accelerate progress. This Intervention Teacher role is ideal for someone who can combine excellent classroom practice with systematic monitoring of outcomes.
