Qualified Teacher looking for TA work?
Are you a qualified teacher who is looking for Teaching Assistant work? Whether you have been out of the classroom for a while, or you are simply looking to take a step back from full teaching responsibilities, Aspire People will be able to support you in finding a TA role. We have long-term and short-term/daily positions on full-time and part-time basis', so whatever your needs, we will have a role for you! Requirements for our TA roles:
- A Level 3 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification
- An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
- Excellent working knowledge of the Primary curriculum
- Recent primary school experience within the last 3 years
- Right to Work in the UK
- Clear Enhanced Child Workforce on the Update Service (if you do not have this, we will
- £100* bonus after you have worked 10 days
- £250* recommendation bonus once you have referred somebody to Aspire People and they work
- Holiday pay Scheme
- Flexible work in schools local to where you live
