Need IT assistance for a quirky computer issue and setup
I'm looking for a friendly IT handyman to help with a few tasks at my home. I recently upgraded a desktop PC and a second monitor, but I'm running into driver conflicts and a stubborn network printer that won’t connect. I’d like someone to diagnose the core issue, optimize startup programs, and ensure the printer, Wi‑Fi extender, and NAS drive are all reliably connected. Preference for someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid jargon. Tasks may include basic software updates, setting up a secure guest network, and organizing file backups. If you have experience with Windows and macOS, that would be ideal. Weekend availability would be a bonus, but weekday afternoons work too.
