Executive PA to the Headteacher - Large Secondary School...
A well-established and high-performing secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a professional and highly capable Executive PA to the Headteacher . This is a pivotal position within the school, providing direct support to the Head and Senior Leadership Team while ensuring smooth governance and strategic administration.

The Role
As Executive PA, you will provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the Headteacher and act as a key liaison between leadership, governors, staff and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the Headteacher’s diary, meetings and correspondence
• Preparing agendas, reports and briefing documents
• Taking accurate minutes for Senior Leadership and Governing Body meetings
• Coordinating statutory documentation and compliance records
• Handling sensitive information with discretion
• Supporting whole-school events and inspection preparation
You will be trusted with confidential matters and will be expected to operate with professionalism, efficiency and initiative.
