Need help installing a printer on Windows and Mac
I'm looking for a patient tech to help me install and set up a new printer at home. The goal is to get it working wirelessly with both Windows and macOS laptops, install the necessary drivers, connect to Wi‑Fi, run a test page, and show me how to scan and print from common apps. I have a USB-C to USB-A adapter, a USB cable, and the printer model is available on request. Preference is for a tidy setup, minimal software bloat, and to ensure security settings are correct. If you can spare around 2–3 hours, that would be perfect, but I’m flexible based on your assessment.
