Location: Aston, Birmingham B6
Weekly Pay: £500 - 540 (pre-tax)
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only), full-time
Start Date: September 1 st 2026
Contract: Long-Term temporary, Temp to Perm
- Provide 1:1 behaviour mentoring and emotional support.
- Build positive relationships with pupils who require additional guidance.
- Implement behaviour strategies and intervention plans.
- Support pupils with SEN and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour.
- A calm, resilient, and proactive approach.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting SEN pupils is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
