Part Time Administrator
Maintain and organise records, files, and documentation accurately.
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments as required.
Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of internal databases.
Support the team with general office duties to maintain a productive environment.
Liaise with internal teams to streamline administrative processes.Profile A successful Part Time Administrator should have: · Experience of working in an administrative or customer service role · Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft packages, email and internet · Effective and enthusiastic team player with a 'can do' attitude · Excellent communication skills · Ability to manage own workload identifying, and working with others, to address conflicting workload demands · Demonstrable experience of developing strong, mutually respectful and fruitful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. · Demonstrable commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and high standards of integrity, honesty and professionalism. Job Offer Annual Salary of £25000 to £30000 per annum, depending on experience.
Flexible part-time hours to suit your schedule.
19 hours per week working hours.
