Pay: Competitive daily rate Aspire People is seeking a Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a school setting in the B93 area. This is an immediate-start role for a professional who can help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Work closely with teachers and support staff
Help pupils engage with learning and achieve their potential Requirements: Valid Team Teach training
Experience working in schools, SEMH, SEND, or alternative provisions
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
