Regulatory and Healthcare Solicitor
• You will advise clients across a broad range of health, social care and education matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious work.
• The role also provides opportunities to contribute to related areas such as inquests and regulatory law.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of advisory and litigation matters
• Undertake advocacy at Court of Protection hearings and relevant Tribunals
• Play an active role in client care and business development initiatives SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are welcomed from Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE
• Confidence working collaboratively with clients and colleagues
• Strong technical ability with excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded approach
• Genuine enthusiasm to develop further legal expertise
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting working relationships
• Proven experience leading or contributing to business development activities, particularly with local authority clients ON OFFER:
