What you will do:

Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, guiding them in the successful delivery of casework and services.
Engage in the management of direct reports, covering aspects of appraisals, managing sickness absences, and other personnel management tasks.
Take initiative to contribute toward the development and enhancement of service delivery.
Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and demonstrate expertise in occupational therapy practices.
Drive and facilitate innovation in therapy approaches to maintain and improve service quality.
Work as a key player in the team to create a supportive, effective, and dynamic work environment.
