This is a challenging environment with tough behaviour, so the school requires someone who can establish authority quickly, maintain high expectations, and deliver engaging lessons under pressure. The Role:
Teaching English across KS3 and KS4
Full-time timetable

QTS or ECT (both welcome)
Strong subject knowledge in English
Proven or confident behaviour management skills
