Clinical Psychologist
We are seeking a dedicated
Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, and ADHD. The role involves delivering high-quality emotional and psychological support, designing and implementing neuro-diversity affirming approaches, and collaborating closely with education staff.
Responsibilities include assessing pupils' needs, planning and evaluating interventions (such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT), providing staff training, and contributing to EHCP development and reviews. The psychologist will promote inclusion, resilience, and emotional wellbeing across the school, ensuring therapeutic approaches align with current best practices.
The ideal candidate will have HCPC registration, experience working with neurodiverse conditions, and a passion for supporting pupils' mental health. This full-time or part-time role offers up to £44,738.50 annually, with benefits including pension, on-site parking, and store discounts.
