Mobile Carpenter / Joiner

Location: Birmingham covering the Midlands, North Wales and Oxford

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join our growing team covering the Midlands, North Wales and Oxford areas. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing commercial buildings, delivering a first-class service to our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance on commercial properties.

• Completing joinery reactive and quoted works across all aspects of building fabric.

• Conducting internal & external building fabric checks against agreed checklists.

• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company Health & Safety procedures.

• Maintaining the general upkeep and condition of client properties.

• Producing quotations for defects or client requests.

• Managing your own workload, time, and priorities effectively.

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Time-served Carpenter / Joiner with experience in building fabric maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

• Strong awareness of Health & Safety.

• Good communication skills and a client-focused approach.
