Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
• Confident handling a mixed caseload independently
• Strong client care and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and LPAs
• STEP accreditation or working towards
• Business development experience
• Caring, professional, and integrity-driven
• Collaborative and commercially minded

What you’ll be doing

• Manage your own caseload, with support where needed
• Handle wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and LPAs
• Liaise with clients, referrers, and colleagues across the firm
• Contribute to business development and marketing activities
• Hybrid working – 2-3 days from home
