Need assistance with miscellaneous IT task and setup
I’m looking for a friendly IT professional to take care of a few misc computer tasks at home. The job includes troubleshooting a slow PC, updating software, setting up a NAS for backups, and organizing my digital files. I’d also appreciate guidance on basic security practices and tips to improve overall performance. Preference for someone who can explain steps clearly and work around a busy household schedule. If you have experience with Windows and macOS, that would be ideal. Please provide an estimated time and any upfront costs.
