Freelance Project Support Administrator

Location: Birmingham
Rate: Dependent on experience ( PAYE)
Contract Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

My client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to provide administrative, reporting and coordination support across multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, collate, validate and report monthly project performance data

  • Produce monthly internal and client reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.

  • Input, maintain and manage project environmental and sustainability data

  • Maintain and administer the SharePoint site, ensuring documentation, records, templates and guidance materials are organised, current and easily accessible.

  • Support the development and maintenance of E&S tools, including forms, templates, spreadsheets, trackers and reporting dashboards.

  • Maintain action trackers, commitments registers, communications logs and project records.

  • Assist with the collection and management of evidence required for audits, inspections and compliance reviews.

  • Monitor project documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and environmental commitments.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Administrator, Document Controller or Administrative role.

  • Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, document management systems or electronic filing systems.

  • Experience collecting, validating and reporting data.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

  • Experience maintaining registers, trackers, logs and project records.
