Rent Account Manager
Rent Account Manager Required
Contract type: Perm
Hours: Full Time (Remote)
Location: Birmingham
Pay: £35,000 per annum
Venn Group are looking for a Rent Account Manager for a Housing Charity in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reconcile all incoming HB and service charge payments on Xero for 260 residents when full
- Liaise with HB and HSO staff about any suspensions/deductions arrears etc.
- Reconcile all housing benefit payments
- Lead on any discrepancies + suspension of benefits
- Proactively monitor tenant rent accounts, ensuring early intervention in cases of arrears in line with organisational policy and best practice
- Provide financial advice and signposted residents to welfare and debt advice services where appropriate
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstratable experience in a similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- DBS
- Own vehicle
