ELSA Qualified Teaching Assistant - Shard End 3.5 Days per Week | £97.21 - £105 per day We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and experienced ELSA Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Shard End on a part-time basis (3.5 days per week). The Role Provide emotional literacy support to pupils across the school Deliver 1:1 and small group ELSA interventions Support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment Requirements ELSA qualification essential Previous experience working within a school setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff What's on Offer Competitive daily rate: £97.21 - £105 per day Part-time role: 3.5 days per week Supportive school environment Opportunity to make a real difference to children's wellbeing and development If this is something you are looking for, Please Contact Yasmin and Josh on Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
