Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in legal recruitment and a strong understanding of the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit top legal professionals for our clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events

- Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles

- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our agency

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on hiring strategies

- Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both clients and candidates

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting

- Strong understanding of the legal industry and various legal roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top legal professionals

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
