Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating

Area to be covered: West Midlands, South West & South Wales (can be flexible on location)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000+ depending on experience + bonus(For a National Key Accounts or National Sales Manager can pay significantly more)
Benefits: £500 car allowance or company car & benefits package
The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating will involve:
- Regional Sales Manager position selling a range of radiators
- All of your time will be spent selling to independent plumbers merchants
- Targets to achieve circa £300k first years
- 1st year 15,000 radiators sold, 2nd year 25,000 and 30,000 in year 3
- Majority of the accounts will come from your own black book of contacts
The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating with:
- Must have a demonstrable sales track record selling to independent plumbers merchants
- Must have a black book of independent plumbers merchants
- Must have related HVAC / plumbing & heating product experience
- Ideally 10-15 years’ experience in the industry
- Comfortable with working within a competitive environment
- Strong negotiation / closing skills
