Bank Host and Catering Assistant

Spire Little Aston Hospital has an opportunity for a Host & Catering Assistant to join our team on a flexible bank basis.
This is a patient-facing role where you’ll support the delivery of a high-quality catering and hospitality service, helping to ensure a positive patient experience.
The Role
- Deliver meals and beverages to patients, responding to individual needs
- Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
- Support catering and housekeeping teams with daily duties
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels, reporting any issues
- Work closely with clinical teams to support patient care
- Adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH and infection control policies
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
- Willing to complete mandatory training
- Flexible to work ad-hoc shifts
