Spire Little Aston Hospital has an opportunity for a Host & Catering Assistant to join our team on a flexible bank basis.

This is a patient-facing role where you’ll support the delivery of a high-quality catering and hospitality service, helping to ensure a positive patient experience.

The Role

• Deliver meals and beverages to patients, responding to individual needs
• Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
• Support catering and housekeeping teams with daily duties
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels, reporting any issues
• Work closely with clinical teams to support patient care
• Adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH and infection control policies

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
• Willing to complete mandatory training
• Flexible to work ad-hoc shifts
