Need help cleaning my computer and removing junk files
I’m looking for someone to professionally clean my computer and optimize performance. It’s a mid-2018 desktop running Windows 10, with a lot of unused programs, temporary files, and outdated backups taking up space. I’d like a thorough cleanup: uninstalling unnecessary apps, clearing caches, deleting temp files, optimizing startup programs, updating drivers, and running a clean malware and antivirus check. Please also advise on best practices for regular maintenance and provide a short summary of changes after the session. I’m hoping for a calm, patient technician who can explain things clearly and work around my schedule.
