Need help with a general IT task for a UK-based project
I’m looking for a reliable IT generalist to help with a small, miscellaneous project. The work involves diagnosing a minor computer issue, setting up a new user account, updating software, and documenting the steps taken. Preferences: calm communication, able to explain technical details in plain language, and able to work remotely or on-site in the local area. I’d like a friendly approach and a clear timeline.
