The Role
The school is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of HR across the school. You will oversee recruitment, safeguarding compliance, absence management, employee relations, and policy implementation. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting staff wellbeing, retention, and organisational development.

This Outstanding school has approximately 1,400 students, including a large sixth form. Staff retention is strong, and the school is known for its positive working environment and high expectations. Systems are well established, and the leadership team is highly supportive.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proven HR experience, ideally within an education setting
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements
Experience managing recruitment and employee relations
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders
Experience and Qualifications
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
Experience in a school or public sector environment preferred
