360 Operator

Our client, a tier 1 contractor within the highways sector, is on the lookout for an experienced 360 Operator to join their team in Birmingham on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone with skills in water blue collar and a background in the highways industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating 360-degree excavators efficiently and safely
Performing regular maintenance checks and ensuring the equipment is in good working order
Adhering to site safety regulations and protocols
Supporting the site team with various tasks as needed
Coordinating with other site workers to ensure smooth project progression
Completing required documentation accurately

Job Requirements:

CSCS card
NPORS-Dumper certification
Experience in operating 360-degree excavators on highways projects
Understanding of water blue collar work within the construction sector
Strong awareness of health and safety practices
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Proactive and diligent work ethic
