Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple housing refurbishment contracts. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.You will oversee site teams, commercial performance, client relationships, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across all live contracts.Key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire Contracts Managers, Site Managers, and operational support teams
- Drive operational performance across planned maintenance, retrofit, and regeneration projects
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, regulatory, and contractual obligations
- Manage P&L performance and deliver targeted margin improvements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with housing associations and local authorities
- Develop and implement operational strategy aligned with company growth plans
- Champion quality, resident engagement, and customer satisfaction
