HGV Driver

Experienced HGV Driver/Loader required. Experience in waste industry welcomed but not essential.
About The Role
Location: Landor Street, Birmingham, B8 1AE
- Starting Salary £41,676.09 per annum / £16.64 per hour
- Working 48 hours per week
- Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
- Start time: 04:00 am - 14:00 pm
- Full PPE provided

- A £500.00 retention bonus once you pass your 6 months probation
What will I be doing?
The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles collecting Industrial and Commercial waste and recycling from our customers, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.
What are the requirements?
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
The role also requires:
- An HGV Class 2 license as well as a CPC card are essential.
- Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.
- Experience of working with Rear Compaction Vehicles is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
