Your role

- Lead the team to enrich residents’ lives every day
- Deliver personalised, high-quality care aligned to individual plans

Your skills
- Experience in a residential or nursing care setting
- Strong operational management and leadership
- People-focussed communicator who collaborates well
- Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
- Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
