Production Operative
Contract : Full time
Weekly hours : 37.5
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives on a night shift for a leading automotive company based in Kings Norton . As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out quality inspection of automotive components
- Loading and moving car parts safely and efficiently
- General production line work to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow health & safety procedures
- Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts.
⏰ Hours of Work:
- 22:00 - 06:00
- Sunday - Thursday
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour
- £14.05 after 12 weeks
