The Role As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide strategic oversight, independent challenge, and guidance to the executive leadership team while ensuring strong governance and accountability across the organisation. You will support the business in achieving its long-term objectives by contributing your expertise in employability, operational performance, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and delivery of organisational strategy

• Contributing expertise within employability, skills, education, or workforce development
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team
