Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Claimant), NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to join a friendly and supportive team in Birmingham. JOB REF: 3890.

• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with up to 3 years PQE, ideally with Claimant-side experience.
• You will be responsible for your own clinical negligence caseload, including litigated matters, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Assist more senior members of the team on complex, high-value claims spanning a wide range of medical disciplines.
• Provide accurate, empathetic, and clear legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
