Salary: £26,000 Per Annum (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality candidates across our services.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter to play a key role in helping us attract exceptional talent into meaningful careers.
Working closely with Operational Managers, HR, and the wider Talent Team, you will manage recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience whilst maintaining safe recruitment standards.
This role would suit someone with agency or internal recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles.
- Advertise vacancies using job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with safer recruitment and company procedures.
- Support candidates through onboarding, pre-employment checks, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
- Promote Midway Care Group as an employer of choice.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about recruitment and candidate experience.
- Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused.
- Able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Essential Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential.
