The Role

* Generate new business opportunities and secure new client partnerships.
* Conduct outbound sales activity, including cold calling and prospect outreach.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
* Perform market mapping and identify growth opportunities within target sectors.
* Source and engage high-quality technology professionals.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
* Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
* Provide consultative recruitment solutions to clients.
