Business Development Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding technology company transforming how hospitality businesses maximise revenue and performance. The platform supports the full guest lifecycle through a cloud-based system, combining smart automation, real-time insights and intuitive tools to help accommodation providers make confident, commercial decisions.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling hospitality technology solutions to independent hotels and hotel groups, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products. The role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and being out in the market with decision-makers.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from first contact through to contract signing and a smooth onboarding handover. You will build and manage your own pipeline using HubSpot CRM, expand market share through proactive outbound activity, and represent the business at industry events, conferences and trade shows. Face-to-face meetings with hoteliers and trusted relationship-building are central to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage and progress a robust sales pipeline in HubSpot
* Drive outbound sales activity using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai , cold calling, networking and
door-to-door engagement
* Meet hospitality partners in person and nurture long-term relationships
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close
* Act as a brand ambassador at conferences, forums and industry events
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales hunter with experience in hospitality tech SaaS, hotel distribution, revenue management, or at least two years' SaaS sales to similar decision-makers
* Background in B2B or B2E sales within the hospitality sector
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
* Self-motivated, influential and comfortable working fully remotely
Salary & Benefits
* £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary plus £30,000 OTE paid monthly
