The Role:
The Finance Assistant will support the finance team in ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions
Assisting with budget monitoring and reporting
Maintaining financial records and systems
Supporting payroll and pension administration
Handling queries from staff and suppliers
Assisting with audits and compliance processes
Requirements:
Previous finance or accounts experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good Excel and IT skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Organised and proactive approach
School finance experience desirable but not essential
