HR & Compliance Officer - Solihull - January 2026
A high-performing secondary school in Solihull is looking to appoint a detail-oriented HR & Compliance Officer to join its professional services team from January 2026.
This is a key role ensuring the school meets all employment, safeguarding and compliance requirements. You will work closely with senior leaders and external partners to maintain high standards across HR processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing staff records, contracts and compliance checks
Supporting safer recruitment and onboarding processes
Monitoring training, qualifications and statutory requirements
Supporting audits, inspections and policy implementation
