Need help moving a large appliance within home in UK
I’m looking for a reliable helper to move a large appliance from the kitchen to the garage without damaging floors or walls. It’s a standard fridge-freezer combo, about 80 cm wide, 180 cm tall. The job involves lifting with proper equipment, maneuvering through a doorway, and placing it on a protective mat in the garage. The area is accessible by stairs but there is a small step at the kitchen entrance. Please confirm you have the proper moving straps, dolly, and a protective blanket. I’d prefer a careful, quiet mover who can start around late morning and finish within 2–3 hours.
