PA in Expanding International Business (ID:25077)
Working within a close knit and supportive environment, you will be the main point of contact for the Managing Directors, managing busy schedules and coordinating with international offices to ensure effective communication and seamless operations across the business. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making a position their own.
Key responsibilities
Diary and calendar management
Arranging international travel and itineraries
Supporting with office administration
Preparing documentation and correspondence
Organising meetings and appointments
Liaising with international offices and stakeholders
This is a hybrid role, with attendance in the Bromsgrove office required twice a week.
We are looking for someone with previous diary management and administration experience. Previous PA or EA experience would be ideal, alongside proficiency in understanding Urdu.
